Merlin EM Test Stand
The Merlin EM Series are a range of test stands principally designed for the calibration of automotive fuel injection pumps. Designed and developed with the following functions:
• Integrated digital electronic metering on a 24” monitor
• Bluetooth connected removable keyboard

• Forward mounted potentiometer, drive & fuel controls

Merlin S9000
The Merlin S9000 is a dual purpose test stand incorporating HEUI and Common Rail technology. Having both Hydraulic and High Pressure components allows this unique platform to give your workshop not only the flexibility of the all makes common rail, but also Caterpillar, Navistar and Ford off highway, HEUI capabilities.
The S9000 can also be coupled with Merlins S1000 all makes coding, giving you even more control of the quality of your product. Designed and developed with the following functions:

• Hydraulic oil leak test & oil return over four deliveries

The Merlin S4000 MK 2 is a fully automatic common rail test bench designed and developed with the following functions:

• Automatically measures & displays delivered fuel quantity
•Tests the seal performance of injectors & delivery under different working conditions as follows: Pre-injection, Idle, Mid-range , Max fuel
• Operator can add data & customer information. This data can be viewed, printed & saved
• Equipped with original Bosch CP1 pump, rail, DRV & ZME
• Test oil temperature controlled to 40±2 °C, built-in cooling system
S8000
The Merlin S8000 – a fully automatic common rail test bench designed and developed with the following functions:
•Tests BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI & SIEMENS injectors & pumps
•Tests up to 6 solenoid valve injectors in succession or 1 Piezo injector at once
•Automatically measures & displays delivered fuel quantity
•Tests the seal performance of injectors & delivery under different working conditions as follows: Idle, Pre-injection, Mid-range, Max fuel
•Add data & customer information – can also be printed & saved
•Equipped with original Bosch CP3.3 pump, rail, DRV & ZME
•Test oil temperature controlled to 40±2 °C, built-in cooling system
•Feeding pressure can be adjusted 0-8 bar
