Merlin’s extensive Research and Development Programme in the field of EUI and HEUI has led to a surge of interest from technicians worldwide. In response to this demand, Merlin have developed a state-of-the-art ‘Test Equipment Training Centre’ dedicated to providing an in-depth understanding of the processes involved in effective, inspection, fault diagnosis, fault correction, re-calibration, and test of CAT fuel injectors and pumps.
All courses cover theory and practical demonstrations to ensure technicians are equipped with the practical skills to effectively identify faults and repair the relevant unit by the course’s completion.

New/ Exchange
Merlin offer a new-to-range EUI fuel injector exchange program, covering both CAT and Perkins applications. After the extensive work in our Research and Development Department, Merlin can offer a multitude of exchange fuel injectors, which are reconditioned with the highest precision and have created several new-to-UK market references.
As Merlin are authorised distributors for aftermarket parts specialists DISA and Robiel for the UK and Europe, we can implement a reconditioning program that utilises the highest standard of parts, in conjunction with our in-house test plan creation team.
Tooling & Repair
Merlin provide comprehensive tool kits to cover CAT EUI, HEUI and Common Rail injectors and pumps, with each kit providing a tool set for dismantling, measuring, diagnosing and refurbishing. Accompanied with the tool kits are step-by-step instructions on the remanufacture of all units.
