The types of diesel products our Test Equipment can test is diverse, we cover mechanical pump and Injectors from Bosch inline pumps to single stage Injectors, we have Common Rail benches that will test pumps and Injectors as well as EUI and HEUI.

A surcharge is like a deposit or refund.
You can send in your old un-wanted injector or pump and we will refund you the surcharge amount you pay at checkout.
When we have inspected your old unit to meet our condition requirements, we will credit you directly into the account of your choice. Please enter your bank account number and sort code on the 'Old Unit Return' form.

Please re-use the packaging we send out your purchase in, to return the old unit.
If you do not wish to return the old unit the surcharge will become invalid from the date on ‘Old Unit Returns Procedure’
Most modern diesel injectors will need an ECU Correction Code (IMA, C2i-C3i, QR).
When replacing a Diesel Common Rail injector, it is necessary to register the Correction Code, located on the upper part of the injector, into the vehicles ECU.
The Correction Code is used to compensate injector production tolerances, this ensures the ECU balances the injector output to optimise performance and efficiency.
