Due to recent investment and expansion, Merlin Diesel Systems Workshop Division now boasts one of the largest diesel workshop facilities in the world.  Through utilising modern principles of lean manufacturing we are able to streamline processes for optimisation while retaining a focus on product quality.

Our state-of-the-art remanufacturing centre has the capability to test and repair all of the major technologies available on the aftermarket today, from the older mechanical type injectors, inline and rotary pumps, to EUI, HEUI and the most modern common rail systems.  We are even able to work with marine and large engine applications.

We are fully authorised agents for the world’s leading OE manufacturers; Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Continental, Stanadyne, Yanmar and Robiel, and with over 70 years’ experience in the diesel fuel injection industry our OE trained and qualified diesel technicians have all the skills and knowledge required to provide you with the solutions you need.

The processes for every reconditioned unit follow these key steps:

• • Strip and Clean
  • Component Assessment and Inspection
  • Product Rebuild – using only approved components
  • Test and Validation – we have a total of twenty three test facilities: Bosch, Hartridge and Merlin benches are utilised
  • Final Product Finishing
